𖦹 returns/exchanges: all item descriptions include information about any defects or damages that go beyond the expected amount of wear from age. please read the description of each item carefully before purchasing.

if you find a defect that you believe was not listed in the item's description and would like to make an exchange, please reach out via our contact form.

i currently offer exchanges for other moon woman items or a moon woman digital gift card. monetary refunds will not be issued unless there is a major defect not listed in the item's description.

☞ items purchased in-person at luvsick plus or at a pop-up can be exchanged for a moon woman gift card within 7 days of purchase, and online purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. exchange requests must be made by email before the exchange window is over. feel free to reach out with any questions!
